My name is Leonard Harmon aka Leo. Oct.20,2016 changed my in a way I didn’t think would ever happen. I was in a motorcycle accident which put me in this chair. That night I decided that front that moment I will use this life changing experience to motivate and inspire others.
I was in a motorcycle accident on Oct.20,2016, I was hit off my bike by a truck which a gave me a T7 complete injury
I got into weights as a kid, my grandfather and my dad both were into weight training, so from then I was interested. I like the way they looked as a kid and the compliments they would get, so I started hitting the weights with hopes of looking like they did one day.
I met one of the pros name bryan at the hospital one day and he said I should do it, I had no idea what so ever that such a thing existed
