My name is Joan sure, I have been training and competing in the world of bodybuilding since I was 18 years old, now I am 42 years old.
The year 2017 training legs, I failed my left leg and I fell the machine enzyme left leg, breaking my entire leg and tearing all the femoral and quadriceps. The recovery did not work and I could not walk because my leg did not take strength and every time I went to worse. Until the professional doctors agreed to give me the disability 48% since I had lost a lot of mobility and it was useless to continue with the re-mobilization, nor to be able to walk normally.
After overcoming the depression for not being able to walk well and never do more legs, the only thing I had left was to continue, I could not continue to regret and I started training again and with much more desire than before to prove to myself that everything was can overcome and the results came out every day better
Bodybuilding was and is my life, I dedicate myself to this and I could not leave it, so they encouraged me to continue and now I'm better than before
What motivates me and why I'm still ahead is the strength to overcome the things that happen in life and this makes you feel stronger to face the daily problems. That's why the gym is my best therapy
The advice that I can give to others, is that all things are overcome and with force of will it goes out of everything and makes you much stronger in life
